What is on offer at the event?
The Scottish Disability Sport (SDS) National Exhibition will aim to showcase many of the outlets related to sport and physical activity that are relevant for people with a disability within Scotland. From supporting individuals to start out with sport or physical activity, through to people looking for their performance pathway, we wish to highlight how Scottish Disability Sport, and our partners can help right across the board.
The event will feature a wide range of activities from come and try sessions (both sport and physical activity), education courses, challenge a Paralympian and a general exhibition area for attendees to meet our partners at their stalls and ask questions pertinent to them.
The day will be open to people of all ages and disabilities to attend as well as those without a disability who wish to improve their knowledge and understanding of disability sport, so that they can be more inclusive.
Due to the number of opportunities available and the likelihood of high demand, we would encourage all participants regardless of their sport and physical activity background, to prioritise new opportunities over ones they have tried before.
