Our wonderful secretary and interim treasurer, Sarah, has been offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and has had to, unfortunately, step away from her voluntary roles at Grampian Disability Sport with immediate effect.
We are delighted for Sarah, and eternally grateful for all her hard work over the years, but are now appealing to those who may be able to offer a little bit of time and skills to take on the positions of secretary and treasurer. Our existing trustees, unfortunately, don’t have the capacity to take on extra duties and many of our previous appeals for new volunteers have been unsuccessful. It leaves us in a very precarious position whereby if we cannot fulfil these two roles by the time the AGM comes round, Grampian Disability Sport may not be able to continue.
We are holding an AGM on Teams on Tuesday 23rd May from 6pm where office bearers will be voted in.
If you have a little time to spare, can be available for the AGM, and meet the requirements outlined in our secretary or treasurer job descriptions below, we’d love to hear from you.
