Did you know that Grampian Disability owns two fleets of adapted bikes, currently located in two Adapted Cycling Hubs in Aberdeenshire?

Our Hub at Garioch Sports Centre in Inverurie hosts a full range of adapted equipment including side-by-side tandem, hand cycle, trikes, upright bikes, a recumbent bike and a Frame Running bike.

You can find details on how to book a bike and pictures of the bikes available here.

We also have an Adapted Cycling Hub in development at Catto Park in Peterhead and are working hard to get volunteers and procedures in place to open up bike hires and led sessions to members of the public. Equipment in Peterhead includes a range of mountain trikes, standard bikes, a recumbent bike and a tandem bike. Please get in touch with us on info@grampiandisabilitysport.org.uk if you are interested in hearing about developments with this Hub or are interested in volunteering as a cycle leader or cycle mechanic.

Please keep an eye out on the Garioch Sports Centre Facebook page for details of school holiday provision.
